Good discussion this evening, higher than usual. I do tend to agree with this post. Too many are just accepting that the absence of a hard deadline gives the JA a free pass. What is important is why the delay. If there is no bona fide reason for the delay, then that, in my opinion is evidence of corrupt behaviour
