The bphob can only be solved by the company issuing a new set of options as mode1971 outlined. You can’t extend the date. They will expire in sept.
if the company proposed to issue a new 500 million options you will need 50% of shareholders to vote for it.
self interest will mean it won’t be supported.
bhpob holders need it approved very very shortly to save their investment
