Maybe if you take notice of the law and how ethic, moral and duty relate to it.

You will understand bph can do nothing until a decision is made.

I've explained it as djm has done.

Legislation is law. It is black and white. No grey in it, even if we wish there was.

Even calling for a shareholder meeting will not assist because matters that are in progress between advent and the government are confidential.

I risk over 500k here. But I know very well due process and what I was in for when I bought bph.

It is not nice and less nice as we approach less than 4 months on option expiry.

Its evident, desperation is creeping up on some.

More spats, finger poking, less respect than existed here a few months ago.

It is what it is and staying calm is whyse. Not just for our own being, but for the respect we have for each other in the long run.
