Seems to me BPH would benefit from reviewing its board structure and having a heavy hitter from the corporate world or someone from a political background who has some clout and could help push BPH's cause behind the scenes. At some point if this takes off, DB is going to have to open BPH up from the closed shop environment it operates under now and bring in key people to drive this potential project forward.
