I don’t know where you get the idea that scomo appointing himself minister was illegal.
perfectly legal as has been borne out.
some would say it’s improper and underhand but not illegal.
in fact our consent order makes specific note that it does not make any comment on the legality of Scion’s appointment.
we need to stick to the facts.
