unfortunately you can’t extend the date on options. A new series would have to be issued at a nominal issue price. This issue would need shareholder approval. In the cold light of day why would shareholders vote for such a huge dilution. I think that if the options expire worthless then unfortunately that’s it for the bphob holders.
