Unofficially we are in a recession as the only thing propping up our Ponzi scheme of "no recessions" is the boost to GDP of the incoming migrants. These migrants are sticking to us at every corner by increasing housing demand and the resulting rental inflation as well.
I think Labours plight is going to be looking a lot more grim late this year as a HARD LANDING develops globally with structural inflation embedded in and very slow global growth, if any.
