No ones gonna shake in their boots - thats not the purpose of Klarite (IMO).
Once the application goes in then it either has to be rejected or as maybe @sodge has pointed out before - PEP11 still has NOPTA approval in place and so NOPSEMA must accept and assess/approve the documentation. (AND I am assuming that the application will be submitted BEFROE BPHOB will expire).
At least it will start another skirmish...... whilst the bigger Legal Attack needs to be brought onto the battle field.
