What is dB supposed to say?
The issue is, whilst the process is open and going through decision.
It is confidential, if dB has been in discussion with the ja, he can not discuse it as confidential, but also market sensitive.
If he does discused matters, the asx may suspend bph until a decision is made.
That would mean all holders are tied up completely.
