I agree, but what can be done when the government is deciding and has the privilege of no time frame in the legislation?
The company can not take legal action for them taking to long. If time was in the legislation, they could.
Then over at asic, asx the company is hamstring with disclosure.
DB is stuck in a hard place really because he can't do legal till decision and can not update if commercial in confidence.
I've tried on FB and got banned from the pages as the pollies did not like.
