It's fair to say that I am very uncomfortable with NOPSEMA's evidence at that enquiry.

Until Advent holds NOPSEMA approval, sending a rig out would just be an expensive stunt

Is NOPTA approval a pre-requisite for NOPSEMA approval, seems only NOPSEMA can answer that question.
