It's under voluntary suspension, not delisted. As a holder I am very much looking forward to it being re-instated to trading, hopefully not too far away.

As for that previous BOD in MMR goes, they will go down as one of, if not the most incompetent BOD's that ever held control of an Australian company. The removal of Breeze was illegal, they banked funds belonging to Advent into MMR bank accounts, they failed to invest in accordance with the mandate which resulted in the loss PDF status (Breeze had to go to court to get it back), they took placement stock that pushed their holdings above the 19.9% takeover threshold, and when their farmout of PEP11 failed, they ran away. MMR SH are very fortunate that Breeze pulled that company out the abyss the previous board left it in.
