ok with the wind power precinct being passed off NSW and the Whales,penguins,fishing areas,Native title considerations,shipping rights and the worry of possible views being damaged from on shore all now being taken into consideration and passed . What grounds are left for rejection of Pep11?
Finances have continually been shown to easily be generated with several Recent CR being done with full take up and of course if the options were taken up another $15 million dollars generated.
Most of the Green concerns have all been cleared with this Wind generation project and also remembering that Pep11 is drilling another 7 kms further off the coast .
It is believed NOPTA have approved the drill otherwise the permit would have died along time ago.
NSW don't have overriding authority so they don't matter
The only thing that I can see stopping this is that Albo and other politicians had come out and said no Pep11 before getting elected so how does he now make his decision without being Bias now ?
