Where do they even get the power to do an assessment??? NOPTA is the assessor and they provide the report and recommendations to NSW and FEDs. Fir NSW to go off and assess the PEP11 application is in my view totally 'illegal' (ie not allowed under OPGGSAct).
So PEP11 should be asking NOPTA what is NSW doing? Where do they get the power to assess an application located in FED WATERS?????
