Come on ED n Al Approve PEP11 today so we can avoid the shortfall in future winters and manufacturing doesnt have to shut down whats the hold up? Everyone knows we need it and its best option for energy source we have for now and next 20 years while we build renewables. Bring it on let gas flow from PEP11.
