Honestly could there be a better time for labour to approve PEP11 than now!
PEP11 as we all know would be approved instantly if this gas shortage situation was present in 2020/21 we'd have the gas now, so don't let hindsight effect this decision or the lack of forsight to act. Act now and do something, I can't believe there is no political voice or media voice pressing for approval of PEP11
