I read someone mentioning the oil and gas seeps that are happening well I believe they have a deep cayon around 50kms off Albany in the SW of WA where they have found abundance of sea life killer whales, whales, sharks ,large squid etc and one of the main reasons for this life is the oil and gas seeps into the water which helps feed billions of krill,and the small sea life sparking the rest of the food chain and they keep discovering more each time they send down the deep robotic subs, very interesting
So my point is that some oil seeps are actually good for the environment.They notice the oil film that they keep spotting on the surface of the water Theres a little bit of knowledge for you .Cheers
