Imo, it's not even THEM that have to get it out. They could easily pay another entity to get this story out to the public. Not exactly legally binding and enforceable in a court of law if done correctly.
A bit pointless if they already knew it was going to be approved and could be seen as biting the hand that feeds them. I believe DB is on this ruse, all of this media is a form of the government's agenda and plan.
I may be seen as delusional supporting this. I will tell you right now that I unfortunately didn't sell any at all on the recent pump. As I am comfortable with my holding and only focused on pep11 approval. Yes I do wish I traded a small portion but am happy with my decision assuming an approval. Only been buying. Will be disappointed if it doesn't before the end of September but I still have a home to go back to, and a bed to sleep in. Happy days
