Watching the Webinar.. I at least have reassurance that DB is not sitting there twiddling his thumbs - I never thought he was... but it is good to hear the questions (ie 2 of them) that were asked and both of them go to the Approval and BPHOB.
Form my short period on BPH - I have never seen any response by BPH/DB with regards to these issues. Although he did NOT answer these questions as I would like - he did say - that he would NOT comment on legal issues (I do not accept that - but cest la vie). I take from this exchange and the fact they appointed Kalrite - that DB/BPH/PEP11 IS moving forward AND that he has 'reasons' to stay quiet at this time.
I DO HOPE that we do not lose BPHOB in a cacophony of SILENCE!!!...
Do your best please DB - thats all I can ask........ and do not allow the FEDs (+NSW) to screw everyone over.
