Over 30 years ago i built my own comfortable two storey home i organised tradies everything went well except for the plumber, he broke one tile on the roof but didn't replace it, it caused leaking only when rained which damaged plaster etc.
Since I've seen what sort of untrained labourers installed solar on neighbouring roof then keeped comming back to fix it after every rain i realise money saved on electricity is spend on fixing interior water damage hence thanks for solar ideas but no thanks.
