"At arms length" suggests King walked, but why did it take her 2 years to decide she should walk? She should not have had involvement in PEP11 from the day she sworn in.

In the meantime, NSW gas consumers are paying through the nose for gas.
NSW industry is being brought to it's knees, plant closures and job losses almost assured.
All because Scomo and Gladys backed the wrong horses in 2020.
NSW is now paying the price for 5 years of inaction and paralysis.
