Yeah regardless whether nsw need gas or not or if the price of gas is $5 or $25. If Nopta recommends approval the minister should follow.
same as splitting all the government powers to each federal minister to prevent corruption isnt any different if theyre all colluding to circumvent noptas recommendation.
