Disagree. Advent has committed PEP11 gas to the NSW market. There is currently no reservation policy in place but you can be pretty sure that one will materialise if PEP11 applies for a production licence. Perfect chance for NSW to use it's exemption policy.
NSW gas supply in 2020 was a four horse race.
1. Newcastle Import Terminal
2. Port Kembla Import Terminal
3. Narrabri CSG
4. PEP11 conventional offshore
Newcastle IT has been scratched.
PKIT hasn't got a jockey
Narrabri hasn't arrived on course, unlikely to arrive before race time.
PEP11 is saddled up but the starter won't call it up to the barrier
It's a pity that Scomo and Gladys put all their money on horses 1, 2, and 3.
