This is the problem with this situation. Punters thinking ahead to potential court case to recover funds or lost opportunity or whatever because of delays. Ol' Breeze 'can't comment' on pretty much anything at this time presumably due to future legal action. Nothing seems focused on an actual approval being signed off anytime, but rather the lack of one and the repercussions of such in some far off future. Hence oppies being dumped before expiry.
