Id rather they just reject it now than continue delaying further. Wasting everyones time and efforts guessing. Im sure the gov can weasel there way out of compo which some people are so sure about.
end of the day DBs an ex broker. Whether pep11 is approved or not..he gets paid and his already beyond retirement age. The way this company runs, his earning a free tax free wage and already acting retired anyway...what a life.
