Here are the handwritten notes from the meeting between ZS and MK which was held Wednesday 8 Feb 2023. Bearing in mind, the Federal Court quashed the decision on the 14 Feb 2023.

In regards to the PEP-11 decision-making process, it clearly states "Won't be 18 months. Not fair on everyone".

NOT FAIR !!!!!!!!!!!! Now those two very important words, "not fair", are the ones that MK, the Resouces Minister herself used to describe the outcome if the process were to exceed 18 months.






In an extract from Doc SB23-000010 " 2022 - 2023 Supplementary Budget Estimates " it outlines "timing on a new decision" where it says "Any future decision is a matter for the Joint Authority and will be determined after fair and impartial consideration of the application."

After approx 16.5 months of waiting with no news whatsoever, we are fast approaching the end-point upon which the Resources Minister herself described the process as not being fair.

And I'm pretty sure that the Fed court would be inclined to agree with MK's assessment too.
