Looks like a Bird strike.
Some of those Wedge-Tailed Eagles have a short temper & plan crazy stuff on quiet days. Boredom.
There needs to be more Activities for them in the Community. Speak to Council. They'll action it in...
Or the Pigeons & Rats think it's a Roost so they're living on top of there & pooping & weeing etc into it because it doesn't move much, if at all.
Free Air Con for them in Summer... smarter than most People.
Ok. No Worries. Easily fixed. Happens every day.
Get some Duct tape, WD-40, Alfoil tape (important), Cable ties, Rubber Bands, Builders Bog (for a Professional Finish), & Fencing Wire
And...A Brave contractor from interstate.
Keep 'em off the books. Maybe a Cashie..
And an Extension Ladder.
