That would be further fuel for a lawsuit. To have had a permit extension renewal lodged and waiting 4 years on deliberations and allowing other companies to jump you in the queue and get approved. Procedural fairness, preferential treatment. Every small company deserves the right to be able to pursue their projects,, potentially make a discovery and become a big company. It is not up to government to be determining preferred tenders.
