My definition of “ Fine People “ would be those that put the general population, ie struggling communities, as a priority and therefore make decisions that would benefit the same population!
PEP 11, if proven to be as big as the potential suggested, would be a massive game changer to this population and in my opinion, any “Fine People” who allowed PEP11 to be tested and subsequently become a proven energy provider to the East Coast, will go down in history as saviours of our time!!!
