A list of Questions for DB.
- What is the time frame for when action / legal action is to be taken if decision is not made. DB has to have some timeframe 2 months 6 months 12months. if no decision is made from Government on PEP11.
- When is Klarite environmental study to be released we have had no news!
- What's the best possible action available to us if we have no answer before and after options expire.
- Can we afford the best legal representation moving forward.
-Does DB believe we will get approval!
- Are the drill contractors ready, do we have the funds to drill and how soon can we get a rig up and running once approval is granted!
