The Teals would be very worried at the moment for a number of reasons. Firstly, they were supported by trendies in the last election…noted for changing with the wind. The cost of living has become a more important issue for them than climate change as inflation and interest rates bite.
Also, the nuclear power debate forms a clear and present danger for their government-subsidised, renewable billionaire masters. They are facing increasing push-back, especially in the regions, to wind-farms (both on and off-shore) and their damaging effects on the environment. Also, to transmission lines. Nuclear power is starting to look more viable than renewables everywhere.
Our job as shareholders is to get DB to do his job and stir up the politicians to do their job and APPROVE PEP 11!
