Well I ofcourse do not hold any MMR - BUT IF MMR only exists on the PEP11 lifeline..... then YES it is a good sign in my view that it is 'about to be reinstated' with such an offer by DB to EXISTING shareholders.
NO PEP11 = NO MMR???? Am I correct?

FEDs: GET the decision from your partners in NSW and APPROVE PEP11!!!!!
NSW: STOP YOUR BS and MAKE YOUR DECISION in accordance with the LAW!!!!!!!
