Totally get the frustration I think we all feel that, but unfortunately they way the Government has worked this stock all we have is rumour and supposition.
Its what has turned us all into pseudo lawyers, CEO's, rig operators, drillers, whale & bird watchers and everything in between.
I also approach everything cautiously as we all should, and as such I'm not saying PEP11 is approved simply because MMR is being reinstated, but in the space of rumour and supposition its definitely a positive move and shows that DB is doing something albeit not at the pace or the level of exposure as some on here would want.
