I think that is fair, at $0.005/share plus 1:2 free attaching options, the case to take up the offer is compelling IMO. There might be a few small "lost" or "jaded" holders due to the timelapse but major shareholders, particularly those with matching positions in BPH and/or BUY, will be across the nuances of the offer and step up. The fact that non-holders won't be able to access the offer will ensure good demand on re-listing. MMRO's will be the new BPHOB's I suspect, depending on strike and expiry date. Add in the CGT exemption and it will be on for sure.
