JD good summary of MMR. Do you have any idea of MMR option strike price? you would think 3-5c would be?
I expect the offer will be taken up by 90% plus of holders and the only ones not taking the offer up are people whom dont understand what they are being offered. I have already allocated the funds for the offer and look fwd to finally moving forward.
