Mec relisting does not mean pep11 goes ahead.

The money mec raised only covers relisting expenses, not there portion to fund there obligations to pep11.

Advent owes mec 4.1m.

That is only recoverable from advent if advent drills, 1 month prior to drill.

If that occurs advent will issue shares to mec.

On the other side, advent has a 498k investment in mec.

Mec holds more advent that bph at 37.95%.

But mec owes bph money.

There are debts back and forth between mec, bph and advent. Reminds me a little of the old adelaide steamship Co.

Buy is a straight 15% in pep11 with no funny money business.

In many ways advent, mec and bph rely upon each other.
