It is interesting because if advent drills, they have to issue mec with additional shares. 4.1m worth.
But on the other side advent needs the cash before drilling to fund it.
At the moment advent has an open cap raise, that bph can fund, but not mec.
mec I believe will be diluted, then later un diluted.
If you read the auditors reports for mec, advent and bph, debts between all 3 and cross holdings.
Looks like bph will be the sole funder to advent in the short term.
