I would add a couple of points...
The MMR raise has $1.65M provisionally allocated to Advent/PEP11
It has a further $1.65M unallocated but earmarked for future investment
It has allocated funds from the raise to clear the BPH debt
I don't think BPH relies on MMR, or MMR relies on BPH. BPH has coped OK without MMR for the last 5 years.
Both are heavily invested in Advent but both have other investments.
In the court documents, the PEP11 funding strategy is disclosed. It differs to what posters are assuming here. That being said, the funding strategy was requested by the JA in 2020 so given the landscape is very different today to back then, I would be loathe to predict, or rely on assumptions about, the funding strategy. What we knew then may not be what is planned today.
