Yes that's what I was proposing to do - get shareholders approval. I'd like to go to DB with a legitimate proposal rather than just ranting about losing options.
I'll draft something and get it off to him tomorrow. Then if I don't hear from him I'll follow up with a phone call later in the week. Will keep everyone updated.
