A freedom of information disclosure document about PEP11 from a week ago. My question is: Where is the 'freedom of information' if the documents come back heavily edited and redacted? Not quite sure what the point is then. One can only guess and read between the lines and sometimes not even that. Any thoughts / knowledge?
