If there are any legal hail mary's to be thrown now is the time to throw them I guess.
Perhaps our lawyers could march up to the judge with the ABC article and say look judge here a a host of new applications that have been approved whilst an existing application continues to wait four years on.
Its a slam dunk court case its just a matter of waiting....even longer....but part of me has always said I'd like our day in court to see these thieves held accountable.
