Yep sadly it’s a court case now Fugasi it seems, oh well happy to hold for the outcomes because Pep11 isn’t even factored into the SP atm, but it certainly will be on a payout$$$$$
It’s got me buggered why Scomo went to such devious ways to stifle Pep11 approval, why didn’t he just delay, will be a very interesting part of the outcome in court imo, the payout will be huge, no wonder DB isn’t to fussed of late.
There’s an alternate pot at the end of the Pep11 rainbow now for DB, and it’s a bloody huge one and he dosent have to even drill a hole in Pep11.
