It's not legislation. The work program for these new titles apparently excludes seismic testing, just as our SEV is requesting removal of the requirement to perform seismic testing from ours. The seismic testing approvals off Victoria recently were for existing titles. It really puts some doubt on these new titles, who is going to risk $20M on a drill off data from the 1970s? Our 2D seismic is from 2018, fairly recent.
