Assailed, rubbish because if re issued, the shareholder would need to approve, thus removing any legal write.
Also shareholders can not sue about a sp price.
Only causative factor I can think of, if directors allowed a company to trade insolvent.
But that is a regulatory matter, more than a legal one.
Also to sue as a group, lawyers and barristers take the money, often 5c in the $1 is available for restitution at best.
