One of the biggest issues is that these decision makers, proposers, reporters, Politicians, bureaucrats, councils, committees, flogs etc. etc.....

...Rarely, if ever go get themselves dirty or uncomfortable to take a look & assess the Real Situation, on the Ground.

On The Ground with your own eyes, not reports from people in safe places. Really uncomfortable because you're right there with them.

I used to insist in the 90's & 2000s on doing what I asked those who reported to me, did, where & when they did it.

Then I had real knowledge to take us forward.

I don't see much of this anymore from those who tell you What is What. We had a name for them...
