doesnt matter Federal cant take this for more than the average time frame, This license for victoria got approved after 209 days. we are sitting at 203 days, if we pass 209 days and no decision we have to go to court as they passed the average time frame on review of the application and also the maximum time frame. After 209 days is not a fair time frame given that we are waiting more than 500 days in total.

Also all can you confirm if someone has submitted an FOI for NSW joint authority decision, can someone give me some information whether the decision for NSW has been finalised and we are just waiting for Federal minerster.
