Where could I find a list of the top holders of options + heads...

Where could I find a list of the top holders of options + heads (If I would be able to access this info)? I will create an excel doc forecasting both scenarios (yes/no vote to reissue of options).

Also find what ratios would be best for each of the top shareholders. As there would be a turning point for each of them for the dilution to exceed the benefit of having more options.

All I need to know is a list of the top holders (both heads & options). As I am assuming that they accumulative hold >50%. Obviously there is a few possibilities of non top holders having a minuscule effect, so it isn't certain, just a general idea of what would happen with what ratio and what to expect.
