This hearing set down for the 21/7/2024 is next week and the same Justice that heard the ruled on the first matter is the same that is hearing this matter.
JESUS - this cannot get any better.
Looks like the almighty himself has scipted this one just of us (maybe he holds a few).
This first hearing will be directions ( I assume) giving timeframes for lodging the reply.
Bit of luck the Justice may elect a date for the hearing and, I say again, express her feelings and encourage parties to mediate.
I cant see this rolling on.
Just need MMR to issue the CR prospectus, let us load up on those little gemas and relist on ASX.
Just might turn out how we dreamed.
