This case is not about Approval. It is about getting the JA to make a decision - which I believe should be an Approval.

The judge has to make a decision on whether or not it has been fair to wait this long and how much longer should we wait for a decision. That is why Asset is asking for the judge to order a decision within 45 days.

Maybe the Judge can approve (ie follow the NOPTA recommendation) IF the JA makes another BIASED decision. That I do not know. BUT a Judge is a Judge..... and they do have vast powers.

AND NO.. I dont think Asset is looking for compensation. They would only ask for compensation if the JA decided to REJECT PEP11.

Lets 'wait' and see in Court!!
