Appolloz, I posted earlier today that I was of the opinion that this would be sorted sooner than later.
I would assume that as part of the submission by the applicant ( Asset) that a case would be made for listing the matter sooner.
I assume that the date is for directions, whereby a timetable is set out and agreed to. Usually this is driven by the Judicial officer.
I hope the Justice gives a serious recomendation for mediation prior to hearing in September.
